I got my iPhone 13 Pro Max on 9/24 and the screen freezes up about once every 5 minutes. I have to press the side button to turn the screen off and then it works. I dont know if it is a software or hardware glitch. Back in the the day I had the same issue with by brand new iPhone 6 Plus and always thought it was software but it ended up being a hardware issue and had to get it replaced. Anyone else experiencing this issue? It happens just often enough to be annoying.

I ended up contacting sales support and they're sending me a replacement but wont get here till November. I was told by Apple Support to get a replacement thru sales support so I didnt have to use AppleCare to get it and cost me $100 to replace.

Hi I’m having a glitching screen especially when iPhone 13 pro max gets hot. Especially when swiping up apps and transitioning from app to app.

apple support sent me out a replacement and that does it too.

restored it to original and it still does it especially the more you use it, worse it gets

Same thing for us! We don’t have the pro, but both my husband and I are having issues with it freezing at random times or not responding to touch. We went into the store and they felt it was the SIM card, so swapped them but it’s still doing it.

I've tried all of those. I was told last night to restore from a back up which did not fix it.
